In der Praxis verf\u00fcgen jedoch nicht alle europ\u00e4ischen Unternehmen notwendigerweise \u00fcber interkulturelles Know-how, um Arbeitskr\u00e4fte mit anderem kulturellen Hintergrund entsprechend zu empfangen.
