Al mismo tiempo, la mayor\u00eda de las veces los trabajadores no est\u00e1n preparados para enfrentarse al desaf\u00edo de trabajar en un pa\u00eds diferente , y se encuentrar con dificultades identificando los par\u00e1metros culturales, aceptando las diferencias y adquiriendo el conocimiento cultural.<\/p>\n<p>EILEEN no pretende reproducir las actividades ya existentes en este campo en t\u00e9rminos de cursos educacionales y competencias interculturales, sino establecer un sistema bien definido que provea cursos formativos a los trabajadores y a las personas que buscan trabajo, sobre problemas interculturales.
