Anderzijds hebben de meeste Europese bedrijven niet meteen de essenti\u00eble interculturele knowhow om medewerkers met een andere culturele achtergrond te verwelkomen.<\/p>\n<p>Tegelijkertijd blijkt dat buitenlandse werknemers niet altijd klaar zijn voor een job in een ander land: ze ondervinden moeilijkheden om nieuwe culturele uitdagingen te identificeren, verschillen te accepteren en zich andere culturele knowhow eigen te maken.<\/p>\n<p>EILEEN wil geen activiteiten herhalen die al bestaan op dit vlak zoals lessenreeksen over interculturele competenties, maar wel een goed gedefinieerd systeem neerzetten om trainingen te voorzien voor werknemers en werkzoekenden als het om interculturele zaken gaat.
